Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

Large withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification (KYC) is complete. jjw7 reserves the right to request additional verification if there is a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal methods or if suspicious activity is detected.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on jjw7 have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on both the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
• During one promotion, the benefits of another promotion cannot be used at the same time, unless explicitly stated.
• If there is any suspicion of bonus abuse, jjw7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus on that account and investigate.
• Specific terms regarding the maximum bet amount may apply while using a bonus.

4.4 VIP and Cashback Program

jjw7's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is offered at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on jjw7. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any funds earned may be forfeited:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on behalf of the same person.
• Fraud and Manipulation: Attempting to influence game outcomes through software, bots, automation tools, or any other technical means.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses by circumventing bonus terms or through fraudulent means.
